As many of you know, and some of you don't, my birthday is coming up soon [May 22nd]. It's the big 21! So what does that mean? Presents from you to me! Sike [well, not entirely...] it means party time. Here's the info:

Date: May 27th
Where: My house
When: 7PM
What to bring: Yourselves, alcoholic beverages if you desire to consume them, presents for me =D

Present ideas: Money, gift cards [to Best Buy or any other electronics store =), or Michael's, Utrect's or the Plaza], food items [cause I'm a fatty.] Or be creative. Or if you'd like to get something more specific, but aren't sure what, just ask me and I'll give you ideas. Presents aren't necessary of course, but naturally they are much appreciated =D

And I had such faith that you would keep the price down. Alas, I must stay loyal and true. $599 is pricey, but considering what I'd be getting and the cost of BluRay players now, maybe it's really not so bad...

It's been a long time, much too long really, but whatever. Screw the usual "it's been forever since I've written in this thing."

But I will say one thing:

It's a strange feeling, a sort of awkward and slightly depressing experience, when you cannot really speak with your own family.
I don't mean, a choice not to because of topics or differences or fear of what they might think.
I mean language barriers and an inability to understand each other to the full extent of our words.

Part of me wishes to resolve this.
Part of me likes the solitude.
